Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in providing high-level administrative support.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members.
