Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Must be able to work full-time in shifts (Monday-Friday between 7:00 and 19:00) and willing to work some Bank Holidays; shift patterns may change due to operational needs
  • Hybrid work arrangement with expected 2-3 days in the office; regular on-site attendance at central London office
  • Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) required
  • Able to communicate confidently and clearly in spoken and written English
  • Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy of customer information and actions
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging conversations and adapt approach to different customers and situations
  • Solve problems independently and make sound decisions to resolve issues and retain subscribers
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and handling multiple tasks
  • Communicate with empathy, integrity and confidence to build trust and explain outcomes clearly
  • Work well under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt easily to changes including new processes, priorities or ways of working
  • Focus on retaining subscribers by understanding their needs and finding suitable outcomes
  • You will respond to inbound queries across different channels and act as FT ambassador
  • Take ownership of subscriber issues and pursue resolution while keeping subscribers informed
  • Meet or exceed personal CSAT, QA and efficiency targets (such as service level agreement and average handling time)
  • Promote and book appointments related to subscriber acquisition and engagement
  • Manage a personal caseload of customer enquiries using Salesforce to track, progress and close cases accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure customer data is secure and that the FT acts in customers' best interests
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve team performance
Responsibilities
  • Respond to all inbound queries and requests from subscribers across phone, live chat and email
  • Act as an FT ambassador representing the company values and mission
  • Take ownership of subscriber issues and pursue resolution while keeping subscribers informed
  • Promote and book appointments related to subscriber acquisition and subscriber engagement
  • Manage a personal caseload of customer enquiries using Salesforce to track, progress and close cases accurately and efficiently
  • Keep to correct procedures and processes to ensure customer data is secure and that the FT acts in customers' best interests
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve team performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a contact centre is desirable
  • Discretionary monthly bonus up to 15%
  • DBS check required
