Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across CX and Sales to deeply understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic thought partner
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches at once across a variety of departments and levels
  • Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
  • Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient
  • Manage the entire offer process end to end including extending offers
  • Create creative sourcing strategies to differentiate GlossGenius at the top of funnel
  • Supporting hiring across G&A and GTM functions on an as needed basis
