- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
- 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
- 6 - 8 years of experience in product management

- Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI applications

- Influence and guide a high-energy, matrixed organization, aligning diverse stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, and engineering
- Work closely with world-class engineers and data scientists to build scalable, high-impact AI products that meet Walmart’s business goals
- Stay ahead of market trends, stakeholder needs, and the competitive landscape to ensure Walmart Connect remains a leader in AI-driven advertising and retail solutions
- Establish and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and iterating quickly to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage data and insights to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the GenAI product lifecycle
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
- Supervisory experience
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
