Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in product management
  • 2 - 3 years of experience with proven AI expertise
  • Deep technical and strategic understanding of AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI applications
  • Strong ability to balance business strategy, technology, and user experience to drive impactful product development
  • Exceptional ability to align, influence, and communicate effectively across a diverse enterprise
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • Comfortable working in a highly independent environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement a multiyear vision and enterprise product roadmap for GenAI with a platform-based mindset
  • Embed GenAI-powered automation into existing workflows and products to enhance productivity and accelerate growth
  • Influence and guide a high-energy, matrixed organization, aligning diverse stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, and engineering
  • Work closely with world-class engineers and data scientists to build scalable, high-impact AI products that meet Walmart’s business goals
  • Stay ahead of market trends, stakeholder needs, and the competitive landscape to ensure Walmart Connect remains a leader in AI-driven advertising and retail solutions
  • Establish and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and iterating quickly to drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage data and insights to inform product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the GenAI product lifecycle
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Supervisory experience
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
