Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a retail or wholesale automotive parts department.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand vendor catalogues.
  • Familiarity with parts department computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license with a acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately identify and source the right parts for repairs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Order and receive parts through phone, online systems, and our body shop management system.
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, returning or reordering when necessary.
  • Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians in line with the production schedule.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding orders, backorders, and credits.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist technicians, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow all safety policies and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
