  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Capture, Pricing, and Proposals, particularly in federal contracting and the Defense and Intelligence customer market.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, to include Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting Business Development and Marketing planning, to include conference planning and support.
  • Superior EQ and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic vision and innovative thinking, with a hands-on approach to business operations.
  • TS with SCI eligibility is required.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data input and management.
  • Oversee daily input of data into the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and enforce protocols for data entry, validation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct routine audits of data to ensure integrity, removing duplicates and ensuring data consistency across the system.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to ensure timely updates to opportunity records and capture status.
  • Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing reports, to include Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute customized reports and dashboards for sales and leadership teams.
  • Develop forecasting models and pipeline tracking mechanisms to support business development efforts.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide insights on opportunity tracking, win/loss analysis, and proposal success rates.
  • Ensure all reporting complies with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, especially as they relate to government contracts.
  • Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources to ensure reporting and forecasting is accurate.
  • Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Salesforce data.
  • Regularly review data for inaccuracies, missing information, or inconsistencies and take corrective action.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve data flow processes and enhance data quality.
  • Maintain an ongoing data cleansing schedule to ensure long-term CRM data integrity.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Developing read ahead materials/documents for Senior Leadership for customer engagements (mainly at conferences, trade shows, demo days, etc).
  • Work closely with capture managers, proposal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking of government opportunities.
  • Coordinate with proposal management teams to align CRM data with bid strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate information sharing between departments by ensuring that Salesforce is an accurate and trusted repository of opportunity data.
  • Business process, operations, tool improvement (research and request process implementation).
