  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or life sciences required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience of sales/marketing/product management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with a focus in imaging, radiopharmaceuticals or oncology required
  • Proven track record in launch strategy development and managing pre-launch activities to drive revenue and profits.
  • Ability to conduct competitive environment analysis and understand market segments and customer needs to effectively translate into clear marketing requirements
  • Ability to create business case justifications for new products and improvements of the product portfolio.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong learning agility and a desire to gain new skills and experience.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver all Commercial/Pricing Strategy & Planning for Urology Assets
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy
  • Prioritizing and tracking investments across new product development initiatives
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get urology assets to markets, and maximize market impact
  • Drive strategy behind product profitability and commercial success
  • Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies
  • Drive market research, market access and competitive intelligence strategy across the asset portfolio
  • Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights
  • Drive strategy and ownership the product roadmap for each asset in the portfolio
  • Evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to members of the team to develop internal capability
  • Engage in the Telix goal setting and performance development, and renumeration review processes
  • Monitor and act on risks and opportunities, including escalating as appropriate
