Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, life sciences, public health, data analytics, mathematics, or a related discipline

Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with the structure, organization, and use of internal oncology surveys and datasets
  • Support the input of key data points into models, trackers, PowerPoint deliverables, Excel-based tools, and related team outputs
  • Compare deliverables, models, and analytic outputs against original datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Conduct detailed quality control checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, formatting issues, or inconsistencies
  • Help maintain organized files, version control, and documentation across workstreams
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on time, with minimal loose ends
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data questions, resolve inconsistencies, and support high-quality execution
  • Develop foundational knowledge of oncology, oncology datasets, and team deliverables through hands-on work and mentorship
  • Work closely with team members to understand project goals, dataset structures, and quality expectations
  • Contribute to a team culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and strong execution
  • Bring curiosity, creative problem solving, and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and therapeutic area concepts

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
