  • 3+ years experience in a highly collaborative, growth-driven environment centered on subscriptions and payments
  • 5+ years experience successfully leading, managing, and coaching multiple engineering teams
  • 8+ years of hands on software development experience
  • Strong interest in developing technical and people leaders, supporting career development
  • Experience leading teams of 15+
  • Ability to develop a results-driven culture focused on core values of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
  • Lead the cross functional engineering team responsible for critical user facing features, back-end services, and infrastructure
  • Prioritize short- and long-term goals, along with architectural trade-offs to ensure the team is able to deliver quality results while meeting the team’s deliverables
  • Collaborate and build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Design, and Business Operations
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with across different functions and levels of the organization, including executive leadership team
  • Hire, coach, and promote a diverse and talented team of full stack engineers and managers
  • Be a critical leader contributing to Quizlet’s broader success
