Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required.
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a hospitality mindset and service orientation, are required.

Responsibilities
  • Support physician and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes and member experience.
  • Deliver customized, hospitality-forward patient care through welcoming, attentive, timely, and anticipatory interactions.
  • Prepare for and conduct home visits independently or with a nurse or physician.
  • Perform blood draws, electrocardiograms, specimen collection, swabs, and routine and travel vaccinations within scope while following safety, infection-control, and labeling standards.
  • Document therapies, medications, and clinically relevant interactions in the electronic medical record in real time, ensuring complete and audit-ready entries.
  • Provide cross-coverage within medical assistant and phlebotomist scope during teammate leave and support same-day appointment blocks and add-ons.
  • Communicate directly with members, foster trust and continuity, and promptly escalate clinical concerns.
  • Maintain current knowledge of standards of practice, organizational workflows, and clinical tools.
  • Use data and feedback to identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with automated tools or systems to complete tasks competently.
Desired Qualifications
  • Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
