Requirements
  • Knowledge of military personnel systems including Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and RAPIDS; Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO); Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS); Full Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS); Officer Evaluation Report (OER) processes and Overdue OER reporting; Ability to issue Common Access Cards (CAC) for military personnel and family members; Ability to issue DA 1172 (DEERS enrollment application) to all qualified applicants; Ability to input and update site information on Real Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Appointment Scheduler website (including changes to hours/days of operation and walk-in versus appointment criteria); Experience in preparing and presenting monthly reports; Experience providing In & Out Processing checklists and support for personnel; Experience maintaining and managing customer service front desk; Experience maintaining and managing programs such as Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI), New Employee Orientation (NEO), and Pre-Mobilization Program.

Responsibilities
  • Issue Common Access Cards (CAC) for all necessary personnel and family which supports all populations in the Military District of Washington region to include active, reserve, retired, contractor, civilian.
  • Issue DA 1172 (DEERS enrollment application) to all qualified applicants.
  • Input and update site information on the Real Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Appointment Scheduler website, including changes to hours/days of operation and walk-in versus appointment only criteria.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports; run Overdue Officer Evaluation Reports (OER) reporting program.
  • Provide In & Out Processing checklists and support for all necessary members.
  • Maintain and manage customer service front desk.
  • Maintain and manage programs including Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI), New Employee Orientation (NEO), and Pre-Mobilization Program.
