Requirements
  • 15+ years Banking, Financial Services experience
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and building Enterprise Data Solutions preferably for Financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, database design (SQL and NoSQL). Experience in big data technologies and cloud platform.
  • Experience in data analysis, visualization tools, and programming language such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience in creating/participating in Information Technology Ontology covering formal naming, and definitions of the categories, properties, and relations between the concepts, data, or entities that pertain to one, many, or all domains.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals and collaborations skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive the development and execution of the strategy across the business
  • Outstanding executive communications skills
  • Ability to lead projects with multiple counterparts across organization
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience/MBA
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the information architecture principles and framework for Citi’s Enterprise
  • Create and maintain formal enterprise information management requirements that include business architecture models, conceptual and logical data models, data flows, enterprise data standards, adoption strategies, and data remediation recommendations.
  • Create high level business architecture that accelerates solution designs, improves quality of applications, drives data quality and interoperability, and ensures maximum utilizations of shared assets and services.
  • Create detailed business requirements documents reflecting the data needs of key business and technology initiatives at Citi.
  • Work closely with key business SMEs to develop an in-depth understanding of their critical data needs and business impact of existing data quality and data integrity issues on a detailed level.
  • Recognize the patterns of data needs across multiple Finance business requirements and determine how to address these requirements using an effective and efficient business data architecture.
  • Oversee the integration of disparate financial data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across systems. Implement ETL processes to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Enable advanced analytics and reporting capabilities by developing and maintaining data warehouse, and lakes.
  • Mentor and build a data analysts and business intelligence teams to create insightful financial reports and dashboards.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
