Requirements
  • Native-level German and very good English language skills.
  • A completed degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Three to four years of practical experience in UX/UI design.
  • A meaningful portfolio demonstrating the UX design process and UX and UI capabilities.
  • Confidence using common design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design and aesthetics, with the ability to justify design decisions based on user needs.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with experienced UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience for physicians on the physician platform.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and designs for new features and optimizations.
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability tests, user interviews, and surveys.
  • Evaluate user feedback and analytics data to derive hypotheses for design decisions.
  • Act as the interface between design and development to ensure concepts are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
  • Use the design system consistently and contribute to its further development.
