- 4 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally on Agile
- Knowledge and ability to design and improve organizational IT structures to support business operations better
- Knowledge and ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture through conceptual, logical and physical approaches
- Knowledge and ability to analyze IT status and design migration paths/plans to meet the future IT needs
- Knowledge about tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis
- Ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
- Methods and tools to develop a blueprint for the future state of IT, ability to develop the roadmap of it, aligning the architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives
- Be able to talk to both technical experts and stakeholders, applying a holistic approach to create a solution that will help our organization achieve its goals
- Complete understanding of which technology capabilities are needed
- Define the way in which an application is designed converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design (business platform architectures, APIs, etc.)
