BizFlow provides a low-code/no-code platform that makes it easy to automate business processes and build apps for both government and commercial teams. The core product, BizFlow M, lets users design and deploy automated workflows without writing code, so departments can speed up tasks like procurement, sales operations, HR, product development, and customer support. The platform works through drag-and-drop tooling that models workflows, connects data and systems, and enforces process steps; it also bundles project management, training, change management, and quality control to ensure teams implement changes with measurable results. BizFlow differentiates itself by targeting public-sector and enterprise needs with a practical, end-to-end approach that combines automation with process improvement methods (like lean six sigma) and hands-on support. The company's goal is to reduce complexity, eliminate bottlenecks, and help organizations digitally transform quickly and reliably.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • DOI’s July 10 2026 forecast kept a $500K-$999K BizFlow license exercise alive.
  • NIH’s August 5 2026 record showed BizFlow’s WITS contract reached $2.6M.
  • Its blog’s June 2026 refresh highlights insurance and HR automation demand.

What critics are saying

  • BizFlow’s NIH WITS award ended March 1 2026, forcing recompete exposure.
  • Government work dominates; DOI and NIH contracts tie revenue to federal procurement cycles.
  • A lost DOI recompete in 2026 would hit the company’s core federal base.

What makes BizFlow unique

  • BizFlow’s July 2026 site centers government workflow automation, especially VA and DOI customers.
  • Its November 2025 blog frames AI as an add-on, not the process.
  • BizFlow sells low-code workflow tooling backed by two decades of federal deployments.
