ShortLoop integrates with CDK Global to automate revenue capture across the entire dealership.

ShortLoop integrates with CDK Global to automate revenue capture across the entire dealership. CDK runs the dealership and ShortLoop makes sure every call into it counts. For dealer groups and multi-rooftop operations that run on CDK, the DMS is the business operating system where ROs, customer records, and vehicle history live. That's exactly why an AI that doesn't integrate with it falls flat fast. ShortLoop is now fully integrated with CDK Global. The AI reads directly from CDK before a call begins and writes everything back when it ends. As a result, CDK stays current, and more ROs are booked, leads are converted, and more cars are sold. What's new. Informed calls that start with CDK data. ShortLoop AI pulls customer profiles, vehicle history, and open repair orders directly from CDK before the conversation starts. Whether it's a returning customer asking about their car or a new caller looking to schedule, the AI has the right context from the first word. CDK stays current, automatically. When the call ends, ShortLoop writes it all back: call notes, op codes, appointment details, and updated customer records, directly into CDK. Advisors open their queue, and the context is already there. Without interruptions to the workflow or the need for handoff or manual re-entries. Multi-rooftop support for auto groups. For dealer groups running dealerships on CDK, ShortLoop handles calls across rooftops, accommodating dealership-specific customization. Each location keeps its own workflows, op codes, and escalation paths, while the group gets consistent AI coverage and revenue capture across all stores. Outbound campaigns using real CDK data. ShortLoop's outbound AI launches targeted campaigns directly from CDK - maintenance reminders, no-show reschedules, recall notifications, and seasonal campaigns. Every call and text is informed by the actual vehicle and history on file, and outcomes sync back into CDK after every interaction. Sales lead capture into CDK. Every inbound sales call answered is captured and logged by ShortLoop's AI. The AI handles inventory questions, schedules test drives, and logs the interaction directly into the CDK. Nothing needs to be manually entered and nothing falls through. Getting started. If your dealership or dealer group runs on CDK, ShortLoop can seamlessly integrate into your workflows. Its team configures the AI around your existing CDK workflows - op codes, scheduling logic, escalation paths, and rooftop-specific processes, so the integration fits how your stores already operate, not the other way around. Book a demo to see how it works with your CDK setup: About ShortLoop. ShortLoop builds AI phone agents for automotive dealerships so dealers never miss a revenue opportunity. The AI platform handles inbound calls, books appointments, and runs outbound campaigns, helping businesses capture demand, reduce missed calls, and operate more efficiently using the systems they already have in place. Trusted by dealers across the United States, ShortLoop is one of the fastest-growing companies deploying Dealership AI today. About CDK Global. CDK Global is a leading provider of cloud-based software for dealerships and OEMs. Its Dealership Xperience platform connects sales, service, inventory, accounting, and customer engagement across more than 15,000 North American dealerships, making it one of the most widely used systems in automotive retail. Fortellis, CDK's technology platform, enables seamless integration of solutions across the industry. With its Developer Network and Marketplace, it connects software developers, OEMs, and dealers to create new experiences efficiently. Aarna Gupta

Yooz integrates with CDK to automate payment updates for car dealers

Yooz, a cloud-based purchase-to-pay automation provider, has announced its integration with CDK through The Fortellis Marketplace. The integration enables automotive dealers to streamline operations by automatically syncing payment and remittance details from Yooz into CDK Accounting. The company has launched the CDK Payment Remittance Beta, which completes the full purchase-to-pay workflow by updating invoice payment status within CDK. Previously, dealers had to manually update payment records, creating gaps in audit trails. The new integration eliminates manual data entry, strengthens financial controls and provides end-to-end visibility into invoices and payments within a single platform. The beta is currently available to select Yooz customers, with broader availability planned. Yooz serves over 7,000 customers globally and has processed more than 300 million invoices.

CDK, an automotive retail software provider, has launched a Customer Data Platform that unifies fragmented customer information across dealerships. The Built-In CDP integrates directly into CDK's Dealership Xperience system, providing real-time insights without requiring additional systems or logins. Features include 360-degree customer views, predictive lifetime value analysis, sales and service metrics, and automated duplicate record management. CDK will also offer an Enterprise Customer Data Platform combining CDK-enriched data with dealer-owned and third-party data for advanced segmentation and marketing automation.
