Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data product management, with a strong background in data, analytics, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and data engineering processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development and delivery
  • Strong leadership communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for leveraging AI, ML, and data to drive business transformation
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Product Managers
  • Drive the execution and roadmap for data products leveraging AI, ML, and analytics
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, development, launch, and iteration
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Communicate product goals, roadmaps, status updates, and strategic priorities to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data analytics, and incorporate new technologies into product strategies
