  • Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem and cloud storage technology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the MSP industry, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Identify key customer segments and their pain points within the MSP market
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to WACM and MSP tools
  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to the needs of MSPs/large multi-tenant enterprises
  • Create a differentiated value proposition for Wasabi Account Control Manager and associated tools in the MSP ecosystem
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and tactics
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including product launches, campaigns, and events targeting MSPs
  • Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and sales enablement materials
  • Create engaging content to educate and attract MSPs to Wasabi's MSP-specific offerings
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key MSP customers to gather feedback and insights
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and improvement
