Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience
- Expert-level knowledge in various cell engineering methods
- Experience with iPSCs and differentiated cells
- Deep understanding of advanced techniques such as epigenetic targeting, global editing, CRISPRa, CRISPRi, and RNA-based reprogramming
- Experience in designing vectors for gene expression or silencing in stem cells
- Experience in analyzing single-cell RNA-seq data
- Experience in transfecting different cell types using viral or non-viral vectors
- Experience in running gene editing and transgene expression screens
- Experience with assays such as flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and RNAseq
- Experience with computational tools for data analysis
Responsibilities
- Lead projects designing vectors for gene expression or silencing in stem cells
- Work with computational team to analyze single-cell RNA-seq data
- Collaborate with organoid team to develop organoid models using reprogrammed cells
