  • Minimum of (3-4) years of hands-on HRIS experience required as an HRIS Analyst & compensation equity specialist
  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required
  • Previous experience working with Core HCM system platforms within UltiPro (Ultimate Software - UKG) is required
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work or Advanced Certified Compensation Professional (ACCP) is desirable
  • Experience applying statistics-based human capital intelligence to business cases
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, and other advanced functions.)
  • Understanding of market pricing, market trends, and follows Department of Labor (DOL) guidance
  • Customer focused individual who must be able to effectively work in a fast paced & fluid business environment with competing priorities and effectively collaborate across teams

  • Collaborates with the Manager, HRIS on system optimization by assisting in the implementation of any remaining UKG platforms and improving/enhancing active platforms
  • Supports HRIS configuration, security administration, system updates, and overall functionality/performance with UKG support
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact across the firm with the HR Team and colleague group which will enable the Manager, HRIS to strategize and elevate UKG functionalities and processes with current and future integrations
  • As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), the analyst will drive efficiencies, and outline a plan to increase user adoption through employee and manager self-service activities
  • In partnership with HR and business leaders, help to identify data needs throughout the organization, build monthly reporting, dashboards, and analytics to assist senior leadership in crucial decision making
  • Implement, deploy system upgrades and new releases, provide training, documentation, and technical support to all users
  • Support integrations between (UltiPro) and other systems (Learning, Performance & Recruitment, Benefits etc.) to assist with continued seamless performance capabilities
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics/data through the implementation of technological advancements and trends in the field of HR technology
  • Responsible for resolving complex/escalated requests and technical issues within UKG
  • Support the Manager, HRIS with final integration of any former Payroll/HRIS platforms into UKG by spring/summer 2023
  • Collaborates with stakeholders (internal/external) in understanding business requirements and ensure results meet necessary business requirements
  • Develop user materials, training guides and documentation (flow charts, scripts, org charts), and provide user training and support during Performance Management, Compensation periods, Benefit enrollment etc
  • Ensures data integrity, privacy requirements and confidentiality within all HR technologies and vendor systems, through routine auditing, data validations, and corrective actions
  • Responsible for the organization, sorting and maintenance of HR drives such as F Drive, One Drive on a regular cadence
  • Builds and grows positive business relationships across HR, Payroll, and IT departments as well as external vendor teams to provide the proper support and analysis to leverage technology solutions across the firm
  • Support the Chief People, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, HR Business Partners, and HR Team through the management of company compliance requirements, including but not limited to Affirmative Action Reporting, HR polices, EEO-1, government audits, SOC, records retention, mandatory training, Time Keeping, Learning Management System, Benefit Enrollment, Applicant Tracking System, etc
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs for the firm
  • Evaluate positions on a regular basis throughout all organizational levels for appropriate pay ranges, and base pay
  • Conduct and coordinate annual salary surveys through Mercer, Salary.com and other internal sources while recommending adjustments accordingly to ensure the firm's compensation philosophy and position in the marketplace is current and progressive
  • Assist in the design and implementation of applicable incentive programs
  • Ensures pay ranges, internal equity and UKG job levels are mapped accurately for each role based on geographic location
  • Responsible for annual audits of potential Wage & Hour changes such as Exempt, Non-Exempt thresholds, minimum wage, meal break compliance, and stipend compliance, etc
  • Ensures all compensation programs are compliant with federal and state applicable laws and meet firm business objectives while working cross-functionally on ad hoc compensation related projects and initiatives
  • Performs annual compensation analysis with Human Resources Business Partners to determine if there is any adverse impact or pay inequity concerns within the firm
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to maintain job descriptions and summaries for job postings
