On-Site in Cupertino, CA; Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) with 35 hours per week.
- Native-level fluency in their respective language (grammar, vocabulary, composition, punctuation)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- The availability to work full time
- The ability, willingness and experience in communicating positively with customers at various levels
- The ability to give clear, concise and constructive feedback
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, linguists
- The ability and willingness to train/teach others and pass on knowledge.
- Linguistic tasks
- Coordination of the linguistic team, like for example: - Reviews copy and gives feedback to testers; communicates feedback received from client - Supports testers in understanding corrections resulting from the arbitration process - Acts as liaison for terminology, style issues, product features & questions - Supports the onboarding of new testers - Identifies linguistic-specific training needs for the language; creates, maintains, and delivers the linguistic training program
