Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise Role-Based Access Control or Identity and Access Management transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ.
  • A solid understanding of Role-Based Access Control, identity governance, provisioning, authorization, and access management.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise processes, standards, the Software Development Life Cycle, and implementation lifecycle support.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise Role-Based Access Control program across multiple business units and regions.
  • Define and deliver the Role-Based Access Control strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
  • Build partnerships with business, technology, Identity and Access Management, security, and Human Resources stakeholders to gather requirements and define role ownership.
  • Oversee role design, role lifecycle management, access certification, and governance processes.
  • Improve service quality by reducing provisioning errors, policy exceptions, and operational risk.
  • Monitor Role-Based Access Control performance through dashboards, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement, maturity assessments, and implementation of best practices.
  • Support Software Development Life Cycle integration, change management, compliance, and post-production support.
  • Lead and develop a regional team of employees and consultants.

  • A strong track record of building and maturing enterprise Identity and Access Management operating models.
  • Experience working across business and technical teams to influence decisions and drive adoption.
  • Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to improve operational performance.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, automation, and innovation in Identity and Access Management or access governance.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.
