As the Director of Engineering at JetInsight, you’ll help scale our growing engineering team alongside our experienced CTO. In this role, you will create and execute the vision for how we build products/features at JetInsight, and will be responsible for training and developing team members, evolving internal processes, and ensuring that we continue to deliver a high bar of output and quality as the company and organization grows.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting the vision, objectives, and key results for the Engineering team in collaboration with the executive leadership team, and then executing the vision to achieve key results
Assisting with recruiting new team members
Onboarding and training new team members
Developing and mentoring team members to ensure that each person achieves their potential
Evolving Engineering processes to maximize quality and productivity

A history of success leading an engineering team of 12+ team members shipping production-quality software
