Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients regarding Treasury Management products, responding to general and technical inquiries related to product functionality, transaction processing, and account setup.
  • Troubleshoot routine Treasury Management system issues by guiding clients through resolution steps and coordinating escalations with internal support teams when necessary.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to client requests to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Provide support and guidance to Financial Centers and C3 on inquiries related to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships by delivering high-quality, personalized service and responding promptly to client needs.
  • Conduct periodic client check-ins to assess satisfaction with Treasury Management products and address basic issues or concerns.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding system changes, product updates, and scheduled service interruptions that may impact Treasury Management services.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, staying current on enhancements, system updates, and new offerings.
  • Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing Treasury Management services to support efficient cash flow management.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the designated customer relationship management system, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Read, understand, and act on the contents of all company-assigned and job-related compliance programs, regulations, policies, and procedures, and complete compliance training assignments by established due dates.
  • Understand and identify compliance risks impacting the department, ensure compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalate compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in business is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with banking software or customer relationship management systems are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management principles, banking products, and financial systems is preferred.

Burnham Holdings secures $130M revolving credit facility to boost liquidity and growth

Burnham Holdings has closed a new $130 million revolving credit facility, replacing its existing $92 million facility that was due to mature in 2028. The five-year syndicated facility, financed through Wells Fargo Bank and Fulton Bank, comprises an $80 million revolving credit facility and a $50 million accordion feature. The new facility provides enhanced liquidity and financial flexibility to support working capital, strategic investments, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes. It includes a more favourable covenant structure and matures on 4 August 2031, with repayment permitted at any time prior to maturity. Nick Ribich, vice president and chief financial officer of Burnham Holdings, said the facility positions the company to invest across its businesses and pursue strategic growth opportunities.

Fulton Financial reports Q2 2026 net income of $99.9M after completing $2.1B Blue Foundry acquisition

Fulton Financial Corporation reported net income available to common shareholders of $99.9 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2026. This represents an increase of $7.7 million compared to the first quarter of 2026. The company completed its acquisition of Blue Foundry Bancorp on 1 April 2026, acquiring total assets with preliminary fair values of approximately $2.1 billion. Blue Foundry Bank merged into Fulton Bank on 11 July 2026. Total net loans increased $1.7 billion to $25.9 billion, primarily due to the acquisition. Deposits totaled $28.3 billion, a $1.5 billion increase from the previous quarter. The company's common equity tier 1 capital ratio rose to approximately 12.1% from 11.9% in the prior quarter.

Fulton Financial appoints David Schulz to board of directors. July 21, 2026 David S. Schulz Fulton Financial Corp. has appointed David S. Schulz to its board of directors, effective Sept. 14. He will serve a term through the company's 2027 annual meeting of shareholders. Schulz will join the board's Audit and Risk committees and has also been appointed to the board of directors of Fulton Bank, N.A. With his appointment, Fulton Financial's board will expand to 11 members. "We're excited to welcome Dave to Fulton's board of directors," said Curt Myers, chairman, CEO and president of Fulton Financial. "Dave brings extensive financial leadership experience gained through more than a decade of service with publicly traded companies. Fulton Financial merges Blue Foundry Bank into Fulton Bank following $1.5M community contribution

Fulton Financial Corporation has merged its Blue Foundry Bank subsidiary into Fulton Bank, N.A., effective 11 July 2026. Former Blue Foundry Bank customers now have access to Fulton Bank's full range of products, services, and over 215 financial centres across the Mid-Atlantic region. The merger follows Fulton's acquisition of Blue Foundry Bancorp on 1 April 2026. In conjunction with that acquisition, Fulton contributed $1.5 million to the Fulton Forward Foundation to support nonprofit organisations in New Jersey. New Jersey companies cut 400 jobs across banking, logistics and manufacturing sectors

Three New Jersey companies plan to cut nearly 400 jobs by the end of 2026, according to Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notices filed this week. Fulton Bank will lay off 95 employees at its Parsippany office effective 31 July, representing about 3% of its total workforce. The Pennsylvania-based regional bank recently completed the acquisition of Blue Foundry Bank in Rutherford. Worldwide Flight Services, the world's largest air cargo logistics provider, is cutting 80–100 workers in Elizabeth with just four days' notice. The company manages up to 7 million tonnes of cargo annually across 158 airports. Accupac, a contract manufacturer of personal care and pharmaceutical products, plans the largest reduction, eliminating 260 jobs at its Lakewood facility between August and December.
