Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description: Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Ensure alignment of infrastructure architecture with business goals and objectives. Analyse and identify gaps, perform technical assessments across on-prem and cloud environments and propose enhancements for an effective LV estate Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation. Analyse the impact of a proposed change on the architecture driven by BAU Services managed by the Supplier across the various technical parameters (not limited to), such as infrastructure, security, integration, data, operational cost & support. Respond to requests from LV= to support the LV= architecture team's own impact assessments in respect of proposed changes to BAU Services managed by the Supplier. The Parties will agree an outline template and respective target response times (together with a baseline of the number of such requests in a month) as part of the SOPs to be agreed by the Parties during the Stabilization Phase. Reference architecture (where made available to the Supplier during KT) will be updated and maintained based on changes incurred under BAU Services scope of work. Where a reference architecture is not provided during KT, Supplier BAU team will produce one with support from LV= architecture team. Architecture support to conduct root cause analysis activities under BAU Services scope. Architecture guidance to diagnose and resolve P1/P2 incidents pertaining to supported scope of work.
