The Coupa Advantage Adoption Manager will promote Coupa Advantage to customers across NA accounts, assess savings opportunities with the suppliers in the program, and ultimately drive greater adoption of the program across our NA customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting calls with all NA CORP/MM customers to promote the program.
- Carrying out email campaigns to raise awareness for various offerings in the program.
- Ensuring that every NA CORP/MM Coupa customer has exposure to Coupa Advantage.
- Working with suppliers to prove out savings in order to win new business with customers.
- Collaborating with Customer Value Managers on how best to penetrate our NA CORP/MM customer base.
- Driving increased adoption of Coupa Advantage suppliers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years work experience, preferably in the Business Spend Management space.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task on several projects at the same time.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to absorb new information quickly in a constantly evolving environment

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
• Based in California: $71,000-89,000
• Based in Colorado: $62,500-73,500
• Based in New York & New Jersey: $71,000-83,500
• Based in Washington: $62,500-78,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
