Position Overview
The Real Estate Instructor, Property Management, will be responsible for providing instruction on property management education and information. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Property Management experience, an active AZ salesperson’s license in good standing, and demonstrating expertise in all applicable rules and laws governing Arizona real estate and property management. Additionally, candidates should possess experience in actively managing properties and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in Arizona.
- Have an active AZ Salesperson or Brokers license.
- Knowledgeable in all applicable rules and laws governing AZ real estate and property management.
- Experience in actively managing properties and up to date knowledge on industry.
