- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in advertising research, ad effectiveness measurement, or market research in the mobile gaming or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of survey design, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with advertising business nuances at Zynga Inc., especially within the mobile app context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using survey tools and data analysis software.
- Analytical mindset and ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple studies simultaneously.
- Experience in presenting research findings to clients or senior management is a plus.
- Oversee and assist in the development and execution of ad effectiveness research studies from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality data collection and analysis.
- Create well-crafted survey questions using survey tools and align them with campaign setup and performance metrics for accurate data gathering.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal team members, external vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the research process.
- Collaborate with the Sales team by providing expertise and insights during the pre-sale phase of research studies, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to potential clients.
- Assist in post-sale activities, including setting up surveys and handling specific survey-related queries. Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) to provide necessary tags and information.
- Take charge of managing study results during launch and throughout the campaign, keeping AMs updated for optimization purposes.
- Compile research findings and insights into comprehensive final deliverables, including post-campaign wrap decks. Present the results to AMs and clients/agencies with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other teams to aggregate benchmarks and relevant data to support Sales initiatives effectively.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience in presenting research findings to clients or senior management.
