Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising or related fields, with a focus on revenue operations, constructing reporting modules, and/or solutions engineering.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising workflow is necessary (2-4 years programmatic experience).
  • Proven experience working with Product and Technology Enterprise Teams to drive enterprise level outcomes.
  • Strong Tableau proficiency. Experience with Looker a plus.
  • Experience in business process automation, preferably within the ad sales industry.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach.
  • SQL Proficiency
  • Proficiency in authoring ERDs.
  • Experience with Master Data Management concepts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse operational stakeholder teams.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Adserving technology.
  • Self-starter with experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional teams to align around a data strategy which spans CRM, OMS, impression/revenue, and cost data.
  • Operationalizing business processes which support the integrity of critical data values/sets.
  • Fostering adoption of business use cases leveraging data sets you own through Tableau and Looker.
  • Developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders to identify current and anticipate future data/reporting needs.
  • Partnering with Ad Product and Engineering teams to implement data initiatives and end user application of those initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing enablement plans for business personas.
  • Drive increased adoption and usage of reporting tools. This includes establishing standardized escalation practices for end users.
  • Influence short-term roadmaps for tools and systems that business data takes dependency on. Raising cross functional awareness for data integrity/dependency.
  • Act as a strategic partner and consultant, providing insights, problem-solving, and guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Identifying duplicative data efforts and consolidating efforts into single workstreams.
  • Authoring documentation which enables end users to better understand where data lives, how often it refreshes, and defining what columns represent.
