Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and address their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by anticipating client needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and face-to-face interaction to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Resolve complaints and track all processes pertaining to client needs.
  • Act as the client's representative within the firm to ensure client demands are met, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
