  • Focuses on accountability, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and that deliverables are met on time.
  • Commits to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the executive team, regularly assessing processes and making necessary adjustments.
  • Encourages innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex problems and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving tech-enabled environment (AI/ML, DevSecOps, Application Modernization) across Government.
