- A bachelor's degree in guidance counseling, industrial relations, human resources, or a related relational field.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in recruitment, guidance counseling, or human-resources/relationship-oriented project coordination.
- The ability to build relationships easily and engage dynamically, enthusiastically, and inspiringly with a young audience.
- The ability to manage priorities independently and proactively.
- Rigorous organizational skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite for data tracking.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with guidance counselors, secondary schools, CEGEPs, and Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi organizations.
- Lead information sessions in schools and participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the audioprothesist profession.
- Organize and coordinate practical clinical immersion days so young participants can experience the profession firsthand.
- Present the financial incentive program, including the $30,000 scholarship, and provide personalized relationship follow-up with each student from initial interest through hiring.
- Conduct selection interviews for opportunities across the network.
- Coordinate and follow up on the complete onboarding and integration process for new employees with managers.
- Conduct post-hire follow-ups, including integration interviews after one month, three months, and later milestones.
- Maintain rigorous candidate tracking and collaborate with the human resources leadership team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deploy promotional tools and visibility campaigns dedicated to recruitment and the Audio Qua program.
