Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience building and deploying AI applications with large language models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face, is required.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with Git, FastAPI or Flask, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow are required.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI and orchestration strategies is required.
  • Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, ChromaDB, or FAISS and embedding techniques is required.
  • A solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and large language model optimization is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud or on-premises deployment and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes is required.
  • Experience implementing Model Context Protocols for context management and interoperability is required.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, or reinforcement learning with large language models is required.
  • Knowledge of production-grade artificial intelligence monitoring, logging, and observability is required.
  • The ability to work on-site and collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language model-based applications for reasoning, planning, retrieval, and automation.
  • Build autonomous artificial intelligence agents that interact with application programming interfaces, databases, and tools using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom solutions.
  • Implement Model Context Protocols for persistent context, coordination between agents, and tool usage.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, vector databases, and prompt-engineering strategies for context-aware responses.
  • Build scalable backend systems and deploy solutions on cloud or on-premises environments, including Azure and AWS, with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
  • Evaluate emerging large language model and agentic technologies for practical applications.
  • Work with data science, product, and engineering teams while ensuring responsible artificial intelligence practices, model safety, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
