Requirements
- 8+ years in product management and have a technical background in infrastructure, devops, cloud management and observability, networking or security
- 3+ years managing people. Good building/planning how to grow a team
- Significant experience with Software Defined Networking and Security
- Significant experience in building and delivering Cloud based IaaS product offerings
- Significant experience in building and delivering enterprise grade products for Globals, Federal and Mid-Enterprise segments
- Strong understanding of Cloud Management Plane, Networking/Security Platforms, Cloud Observability and ecosystem
- Articulate and effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally

Responsibilities
- Drive vision, strategy and execution of Consul Cloud covering SaaS-based Management Plane, API, Service Observability, Cluster Life Cycle Management and Cloud Ecosystem Integrations
- Build a culture of excellence in customer delight, continuous product improvement, agile processes in Consul Cloud PM organization
- Lead and influence EPD triads (Engineering-Product-Design) across multiple functional areas in Consul Cloud
- Drive adoption and growth of Consul Cloud across Enterprise, Corporate and OSS users
- Complete ownership of product and business metrics for Consul Cloud
- Collaborate with HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP) leadership team to drive Platform roadmap alignment with Consul Cloud initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales leadership teams to drive and refine Go To Market (GTM) motion for Consul Cloud
- Collaborate with different internal teams and stakeholders; communicate within the company, our customers and our ecosystem partners
- Own the strategic direction of your group, and be able to regularly present it to leadership and customers
- Help build processes to prioritize customer, community and internal feature requests on multiple Consul Cloud projects
- Manage a growing team of product managers, helping to define and plan for sustainable growth and personal development within your team
