Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide support our team of diverse Underwriters with general administrative duties.
  • Perform data entry and set up new business policies.
  • Process renewals, new business, and cancellations:
  • Update and maintain our broker management system
  • Request cheques for client refunds
  • Contact sales team advising of discrepancies
  • Compare and analyze data from carriers to existing client files
  • Perform billing of client premiums
  • Prepare client document packages
