- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure workplace, food hygiene, and food safety standards, including HACCP.
- Conduct daily pre-service and post-service briefings.
- Handle customer complaints when escalation is required.
- Onboard, train, and support the development of team skills.
- Ensure employees know the Food & Beverage offering.
- Implement instructions from hierarchical supervisors.
- Listen to, advise, and guide customers in their choices while anticipating their needs.
- Increase revenue through upselling techniques.
- Participate in administrative and operational support-service activities related to order management.
- Prepare profit-and-loss statements to anticipate event costs.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and create them when necessary.
