Requirements
- 7+ years experience delivering highly successful B2B programs
- Demonstrated experience working with external partners/clients
- Strong cross functional capabilities with experience influencing product, P&L owners, sales teams and leadership
- Proficiency in organizing, interpreting and effectively communicating data and insights to a broad range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a diverse and fast moving high-performance environment with demanding stakeholders
- Mastery of prioritization - identifying and focusing on the work that matters most
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of Uber's platform partners and their business customers - turning those insights into a strategic vision for Uber's partner marketing program
- Develop effective go-to-market plans with partners to grow Uber's white label delivery product, Uber Direct, and Uber Eats Marketplace product
- Produce best-in-class product communications including: marketing campaigns, sales enablement, case studies, website materials, content, webinars, social media
- Lead the prioritization, development and go-to-market of key toolkits to be used by our partners and Uber's internal sales teams
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to set strategy for their regions and cities, and support marketing efforts
- Work among high-performance engineers, designers and product managers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology/operations environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with global B2B product marketing program development
- Experience with retail technology platforms (eg. POS, ERP, Integrators etc)
- Co-marketing program development experience a plus!
