Requirements
  • At least 3 years of production experience administering Microsoft Entra ID as a primary responsibility.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, and automated provisioning.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including tenant settings, licensing, admin roles, and access troubleshooting across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and Cloud Identity, including organizational units, groups, admin roles, SSO profiles, and access settings.
  • Experience with Google Cloud IAM, including projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, and OAuth credentials.
  • Strong PowerShell skills with the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and direct REST API work.
  • Experience with Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms.
  • Knowledge of least privilege, secure administration, change management, and configuration documentation.
  • Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to diagnose SAML assertions and JSON Web Tokens, including audience mismatches, NameID formats, expired signing certificates, and missing claims.
  • Ability to diagnose SCIM provisioning jobs, including scoping, attribute mappings, transformation expressions, and target schemas.
Responsibilities
  • Own the company identity provider, including sign-in sources, authentication factors, application access, access reviews, and access revocation.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 users, groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities, tenant settings, licensing, and access administration.
  • Design and roll out Conditional Access policies, authentication method policies, and phishing-resistant authentication factors.
  • Onboard applications using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Manage application registrations, redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflows, secrets, and certificates.
  • Administer SCIM 2.0 provisioning, including attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, and drift reconciliation.
  • Review tenant consent and OAuth grants, remediate over-permissioned or stale applications, and establish controls for software-as-a-service applications without SSO or SCIM support.
  • Automate joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle processes, including provisioning, group-based licensing, and revocation with session and refresh-token invalidation.
  • Implement least-privilege administration using scoped role assignments, role-based access control, Privileged Identity Management, access reviews, entitlement management, and access packages.
  • Govern service accounts and workload identities through ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, and decommissioning.
  • Troubleshoot access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Diagnose sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, route diagnostic settings to Log Analytics, and use Kusto Query Language queries.
  • Manage cross-tenant access settings and business-to-business external collaboration.
  • Administer Google Workspace and Cloud Identity users, groups, organizational units, admin roles, privileges, licensing, 2-Step Verification enforcement, and session controls.
  • Configure third-party SSO profiles with Microsoft Entra ID as a SAML identity provider and automate provisioning into Cloud Identity.
  • Manage Context-Aware Access policies, third-party OAuth app access controls, domain-wide delegation, Drive sharing, and external access controls.
  • Administer Google Cloud IAM project and folder membership, predefined and custom roles, allow policies, service accounts, key hygiene, workload identity federation, API enablement, and OAuth clients.
  • Build PowerShell automation using the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API for lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, and recertification.
  • Automate Google administration through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud.
  • Build scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
  • Run unattended automation on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries.
  • Treat automation as production code through version control, peer review, and documented rollback.
  • Resolve identity incidents escalated from operations, security, service desk, and application teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 certification, or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance, including entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data loss prevention, retention, and eDiscovery.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps or Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Experience with Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, and organization policy constraints.
  • Experience with Git, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Experience providing access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles.

Palantir names Nebius preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner for commercial customers

Palantir Technologies and Nebius Group have announced a strategic partnership to provide sovereign AI infrastructure to Palantir's commercial customers. Palantir has named Nebius its preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner. Under the partnership, Nebius's AI-native compute infrastructure and cloud platform will be integrated within the Palantir enterprise perimeter. This will enable eligible customers to access Nebius's cloud and inference infrastructure whilst maintaining control over their compute, data, and models. The companies will collaborate to accelerate deployment of new compute capacity, including through modular data-centre deployments at sites with available power. Eligible Palantir customers will be able to deploy open models on Nebius infrastructure and adapt them using their own proprietary data. Palantir selected Nebius for its ground-up AI infrastructure design, built specifically for demanding AI workloads rather than adapted from general-purpose computing.

Nvidia's neocloud revenue surges 138% to $40B, but Palo Alto CEO warns of valuation crash

Nvidia reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.22 per share on revenue of $96.2 billion, beating estimates. Data Centre revenue surged 117% year-over-year to $89 billion, with ACIE segment revenue — including neocloud — jumping 138% to $40 billion. Nvidia expects neocloud partner capacity to reach eight gigawatts by end of 2026, up from three gigawatts in 2025. CFO Colette Kress said demand is accelerating despite supply constraints limiting expected growth to 70% next year. Following the results, CoreWeave, Nebius and IREN shares rose 4%, 6% and 3% respectively in overnight trading. However, Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora warned that neocloud valuations could collapse once supply and demand normalise, stating that equity funding for capital expenditure "only works in a euphoric market".
