  • Act as the global People lead for the ERICCA team, overseeing the HR pillars and managing dependencies as required
  • Coordinate the global attestations for as part of the Internal Controls framework (ERICCA) and collate required data
  • Analyse HR processes, policies and systems to identify control gaps and areas for improvement
  • Ensure HR processes related to payroll, compensation, benefits and financial reporting comply with SOX requirements by implementing appropriate controls and documentation
  • Conduct periodic testing and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and SOX compliance efforts
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential HR-related risks, including regulatory compliance, data privacy, employee relations and operational risks
  • Develop and maintain a HR risk register, tracking key risks, mitigation actions, and control effectiveness
  • Provide regular risk and control updates to HR leadership, Risk and Internal Control teams
  • Lead remediation efforts for identified HR control deficiencies and track corrective action, ensuring timely resolution
  • Function as the first point of contact for HR privacy, data protection, incident management matters and ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies
