Requirements

Working toward a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or relevant
Ability to work full-time during the summer (12 weeks)
Ability to work remotely and manage your own time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective, clear, and precise communication skills - written, verbal and presentations
Experience building user interfaces for the web
A solid understanding of web architecture and browser technologies, including core JavaScript concepts (e.g., asynchronous code execution), HTML, and CSS, HTML
Experience with REST APIs and modern front-end frameworks (js, Svelte, React, Angular ...)
Experience writing code that scales well (both in terms of performance and design)

Responsibilities

Improve the overall experience of using Capture Client Management Console, by fixing, optimizing, and extending front-end functionality
Work closely with a team of experienced software engineers
Collaborate with front-end and backend engineers
Port source code from React.js to Vue.js
Migrate source code from Vue 2 to Vue 3
Identify areas for improvement in the codebase

SonicWall is looking for a Software Developer Intern to be a member of our Cloud Applications team. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
