  • Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with Poly
  • Language test scores equivalent to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3/3 in Listening and/or Reading within the past two years.
  • Two or more years of experience in creating summaries, gists, and full translations in various textual forms of Chinese Mandarin including technical, global, colloquial, online, and slang terminology.
  • Two or more years performing open-source research in target language.
  • Able to conduct independent and collaborative research on assigned topics or target areas.
Responsibilities
  • Support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open-Source (OSINT) collection directed toward the identification, targeting, and exploitation of emerging threats.
  • Provide specialized linguistical analysis to support the execution of multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion activities and support the SOFETOPS mission.
  • Perform tools-based data management and supports integration across the greater enterprise.
  • Conduct ongoing requirements analysis of theater-specific operations.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with DoD and interagency Partners to provide flexible, real-time solutions to emerging threats.
  • Curate and support the development of a counter-threat data repository.
  • Identify trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs for the government.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
  • Experience as a 35P, 1N3X1, 1A8X1, CTI, 267X or equivalent is preferred
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ directly applicable experience or 9 years of related experience without a degree. Less experience may be considered for those with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer-specific experience working targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or organizing global intelligence operations.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Efficient in customer-specific reporting tools.
