We’re looking for an Account Executive in Phoenix to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty and prospect yourself. You’ll be involved in closing deals and improving our sales strategy.
What you’ll do:
Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close
Prospect, develop, and manage a sales pipeline
Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
Close customers onto the EvenUp Platform through inbound and outbound efforts
Build relationships with attorneys and decision-makers across personal injury law firms
Prioritize your book of business and develop and execute on account plans for each individual account, including identifying new opportunities, and bridging use cases across departments
Handle inbound sales opportunities and all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and organized manner
Educate and consult customers on the value of EvenUp throughout the sales and adoption cycle
Learn the EvenUp product line and technology, and be able to answer all customer questions to an exceptional level
Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals
Consistently be in communication with other members of our team
What we look for:
At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS space
Ability to execute high volumes of outbound sales calls daily
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self driven and results-oriented
Team player with a competitive spirit
Familiarity with our CRM (Hubspot)
Bonus if you’ve been an AE at another startup or within the legal space
