  • Bachelor's or Master’s degrees in Business Management or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business analysis, program support, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and draft white papers, memoranda, and other documents to support campaign planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze trends and performance data to inform program evaluations and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain records, including meeting minutes, action items, follow-up communications, and other documentation.
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure clarity and accuracy in all documents.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing campaign plans and program activities.
  • Track and assess performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives.
  • Develop communication materials, including articles, announcements, briefings, white papers, and periodic updates, to promote program objectives and strategy.
  • Collaborate with federal, state, local, and tribal government representatives and private and international partners to advance mission-critical objectives and foster productive relationships.
  • Facilitate and prepare input for executive briefings, summarizing program activities, campaign scopes, and outcomes.
  • Travel occasionally to support logistics for conferences and other customer-directed events.
