Position Summary:
Oasys is seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-impact federal government program dedicated to strengthening national cybersecurity and critical infrastructure resilience. In this role, you will provide essential analytical support, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the planning and evaluation of strategic initiatives. You will be a key team member responsible for developing clear, actionable insights and documentation that drive program success, coordinating program activities, and enhancing communication across multiple organizational levels.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and draft white papers, memoranda, and other documents to support campaign planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze trends and performance data to inform program evaluations and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare, format, and maintain records, including meeting minutes, action items, follow-up communications, and other documentation.
- Apply quality control procedures to ensure clarity and accuracy in all documents.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing campaign plans and program activities.
- Track and assess performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives.
- Develop communication materials, including articles, announcements, briefings, white papers, and periodic updates, to promote program objectives and strategy.
- Collaborate with federal, state, local, and tribal government representatives and private and international partners to advance mission-critical objectives and foster productive relationships.
- Facilitate and prepare input for executive briefings, summarizing program activities, campaign scopes, and outcomes.
- Travel occasionally to support logistics for conferences and other customer-directed events.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and interpret findings to inform decision-making.
- Adept at using analytical frameworks to assess program performance and evaluate outcomes for strategic insights.
- Exceptional technical writing skills with experience developing comprehensive reports, meeting summaries, memoranda, and white papers.
- Proficient in using writing guides and templates to ensure consistency and clarity, particularly in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex information to various audiences, including executives, stakeholders, and team members.
- Skilled in preparing concise, impactful summaries and briefings tailored to different stakeholder needs.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels, including government agencies, private sector partners, and community representatives.
- Skilled in relationship management, fostering collaboration, and facilitating productive meetings and discussions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working within structured timelines, applying quality control processes, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Proficient in tracking program metrics and evaluating performance data to assess progress against goals.
- Able to design and maintain dashboards, performance summaries, and data visualizations to communicate key insights and program effectiveness.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and prepare "look-ahead" schedules, ensuring alignment with long-term program goals.
- Capable of adapting quickly to shifting priorities and adjusting strategies to meet emerging program requirements or leadership directives.
- High attention to detail, particularly in tracking, recording, and analyzing program data.
- Strong proofreading and quality control skills to ensure all documents and communications are accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing practical solutions.
- Skilled in taking initiative and working independently when needed while also effectively contributing to team-based efforts and collaborations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Experience with project management tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of federal program management processes, including budget and performance tracking, is a plus.
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure protection, national security policies, or related federal priorities enhances this role’s effectiveness.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Business Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business analysis, program support, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience supporting cybersecurity and infrastructure security projects.
- Familiarity with national policy, critical infrastructure protection, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Understanding the relationships between various government and private sector levels and international partnerships.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability clearance.
