- Disassemble, analyze, and rebuild cryogenic pumps, accessories, and motors to optimize performance.
- Operate shop equipment including a drill press, hydraulic press, bench grinder, pipe threading machine, pipe bender, cutting torch, and band saw.
- Analyze the condition of parts to identify causes of damage from field operation, communicate findings to customers, and improve reliability.
- Assemble cryogenic pump components.
- Fit, align, and adjust components, including bearings and seals, and units to close tolerances.
- Document all clearances on the assembly clearance data sheet for engineering review and approval.
- Check work for conformance to specifications, instructions, customer requirements, drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting and rework parts when necessary.
- Provide input to failure analysis when requested.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area according to 5S principles.
- Follow quality, engineering, sales, safety, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and company safety procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and communicate with customers regarding service evaluations and service-related issues.
- Meet customer and company production schedules at a rate of at least 80% on time.
- Support quality management system requirements within the area of responsibility for conformance with international requirements and state and federal regulations.
- Work in a shop environment and travel to customer sites when needed.
- Work extended hours when workload requires.
- Complete directed training, report safety issues promptly, and perform other assigned duties.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
- Machining experience is preferred.
- Welder certifications are preferred.

Global cryogenic equipment provider Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Nikkiso) has signed a five-year service agreement with Greek maritime company Maran Tankers Management (Maran Tankers) to provide global aftermarket support for the company's high-pressure pump systems. The agreement covers scheduled cold end valve repairs at defined service intervals, alongside technical support and extended overhauls during dry-docking periods. The systems are used to handle and transfer cryogenic fuels such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) under high pressure onboard vessels, supporting fuel supply and cargo handling operations. Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group announced that it has entered into a strategic service partnership with Exion Asia Pte Ltd., a Southeast Asia-based flow control and rotating equipment service provider with an established regional workshop and field service network, to strengthen support for the marine market in Southeast Asia. As the marine market accelerates its transition toward lower-carbon fuels, demand for specialized aftermarket services for cryogenic equipment on marine fleets is growing. As a result, Nikkiso CE&IG is executing a global strategy built around five fully integrated marine hubs, addressing fleet owners' needs through local inventory management, specialized marine field service teams, and regional workshop infrastructure. Exion Asia, part of the SWTS Asia Group, operates 17 workshops across Southeast Asia, including three major facilities in Singapore, one of the world's largest marine hubs.
