  • ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required and must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
  • Must be a graduate of any of the following military department Intelligence Certifying Courses:
  • Army (Officer) – Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or Service Equivalent
  • Army (Warrant)– 350F Course or Service Equivalent
  • Army – 35F Course or Service Equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years’ combined experience in the following fields:
  • Collection Management (3 years or more)
  • All-Source Analysis (3 years or more)
  • Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined (see above)
  • Must possess an understanding of Intelligence Cycle
  • Must possess an understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the military decision-making process (MDMP)
  • Must be familiar with collection management systems
Responsibilities
  • Shall issue and manage Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) counterintelligence (CI) and human intelligence (HUMINT) operational nicknames
  • Shall conduct quarterly, annual, and ad hoc assessments of HUMINT and CI reporting in support of validated operations
  • Shall provide Army executive administration support and, as required, augment existing manpower for the Army functional proponent for Department of Defense (DoD) CI and HUMINT collection management and source management legacy and transitioning systems and tools
  • Shall support the development and staffing of Army CI and HUMINT collection plans and Operational Directives for INSCOM senior leadership approval
  • Shall conduct assessment of CI and HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements
  • Shall maintain the Army Source Registry, including coordinating account access and providing technical support to INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands
  • Shall execute checks within the Army Source Registry, as directed by policy
  • Shall support the development of Army operations and source management policy, guidance, and procedures
  • Shall issue and maintain the Army Field Reporter (FRN) database, as directed by policy
  • Shall support Army HUMINT Operations Cell (AHOC’s) Source Validation Boards with Source Production Reviews
