What You’ll be Working On:

• Driving accesso LoQueueSM solutions in-park sales and promotional activities. 
• Engaging in the registration process of the virtual queuing solution. 
• Training and supervising of sales & park staff. 
• Providing guest service support at the accesso sales offices and at rides. 
• Technical support for minor software or hardware issues and escalating if required. 
• Maintain and build outstanding lines of communication with stakeholders at both Parks and accesso, including Operations, Support and Development. 
• Managing the accesso operation and reporting back to accesso. 
• Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. 

What you Bring to the Role:

• Self-motivated anddisciplined. 
• Strong interpersonal skills for working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional and team-orientated environment. 
• Be able to professionally and effectively communicate with external clients with strong written and verbal skills. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. 
• Theme park or leisure industry experience desired. 
• Retail and/or operational experience desired. 
• Guest service and recovery experience favorable. 
• Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving or working at height. 
• Full UK driving license. 
• Must be able to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs. 
• Able to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
