Chief Strategy Officer

Requirements of the Chief Strategy Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 5-10 years of Senior Leadership experience
• Experience with business planning, corporate finance, and HR management.
• Experience leading project management teams.

Responsibilities of the Chief Strategy Officer:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations for the following areas of the organization: Human Resources, Administration, Business Intelligence & Optimization and Planning and Project Management.
• Assess and aligns talent and operational capabilities with long-term strategic goals.
• Drives process improvement and innovation strategies that can influence organizational development by fostering a culture of creativity and change.
• Develop and oversee balanced scorecard performance measurement structure and improves organizational performance, often through development programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the organization’s governance and committee structure to ensure adherence to organizational bylaws and execution of Board responsibilities.
• Oversee project planning and successful implementation of organizational projects.
• Encourage and provide mentoring and effective leadership as a cornerstone for maintaining effective work relationships and a high-performance management team.
• Recommend and implement strategies for enhanced business performance through cost reduction, capacity increase, or quality improvement.
