- Excellent financial modelling experience
- Oversee global accounting, reporting and finance operations to ensure robust controls and a high quality close in compliance under US GAAP.
- A business partner to the sales team in contract negotiation and review and oversee quote-to-cash Close process.
- Drive operational excellence for manufacturing financial processes including cost accounting and analysis, inventory valuation and manufacturing performance and risk reporting.
- Oversee certain strategic Controllership M&A integration, including process and system integration. Collaborate with key functional leaders such as supply chain and operations on operational integration.
- Function as a thought leader to supporting business management. Monitors day-to-day activities and acts as a liaison to business and operations teams for inquiries and data requests to support FP&A partner.
- Oversee CRM and ERP upgrade for integrated business with Corporate IT support
- Establish and continuously improve business processes and procedures to drive scalability in a high growth environment.
- Support ad hoc Controllership projects that arise due to our rapid growth.
