Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of relevant work experience in supply chain, operations, or business in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of relevant work experience in supply chain, operations, or business in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Continuous improvement experience and training (lean recommended)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Responsibilities
  • Establish priorities and allocate work assignments to meet daily call targets using lean management processes.
  • Monitor rates, quality, and outcomes of calls routinely, communicating results to employees.
  • With support and guidance from your management, leverage continuous improvement tools to improve scheduling, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees through direct supervision, monitoring, providing recognition, overseeing training completion, policy administration and participating in hiring processes. May include contingent workers.
  • Provide leadership for assigned operations fostering cross-functional teamwork and communicating goals of the organization to employees.
  • Complete administrative activities such as time / absence reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, overtime, etc.
