- A BS or BA degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of total related work experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reference formulas and pivot tables, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Support accounting requirements under generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, as well as authoritative guidance published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
- Work with employees at varying levels inside and outside the accounting department.
- Provide hands-on knowledge and support for projects, perform reconciliations, resolve issues, and execute corrections and adjustments.
- Experience with JAMIS, Infinium, and PeopleSoft accounting software.
- Experience with Business Objects, Showcase, or similar data-mining applications.
